We are a progressive business that
combines traditional family values, with
FHM award winning service. Our aim is
simple and that is to give our customers
a ‘Shopping Experience’ that they will
enjoy, as opposed to a chore that they
have to undertake. Whilst we will be
developing our on-line activities, we
still believe fashion shopping is a
tactile pastime that will always have a
place in our lives. With this in mind we
place great importance on the services
that we offer our customers.
All our premises are maintained to the
highest standards and in most cases
air-conditioned. Some have customer car
parking as well. There is ample seating
and changing facilities, to ensure extra
comfort and our staff are trained to
give attentive customer care and advice.
We offer ’Free Services’ such as basic
adjustments to newly purchased Coes garments
and local home delivery, if required.
Our workshops enable us to do specialist
work on garments purchased from us and
for customers with special needs we can
arrange home visits, or provide
individual attention in store. There is
also an option to have your own
‘Personal Shopper’ when you visit. |
