PRICE MATCH POLICY
You can be assured Coes source competitively priced, quality products and offer the highest standards of service both through our shops and online business. In the unlikely event you purchase a product from us and then find the same product at a lower price on the high street, within a 50 mile radius, we will match that price, as long as the competition has the item in stock, in the applicable size and colour. We are not always able to match competitor’s sale and special offer prices, but will consider any request.
When looking at Online Price Matching, we do not match third party websites such as eBay and Amazon, and are aware that some retailers use products as ‘Loss Leaders’ to attract the public onto their website. In some cases, items are only available in odd sizes and in others, not at all. We will look at each Online Price Match individually and where appropriate, refund any difference on the ‘Price Match’, which online takes into account shipping costs as part of the purchase price, where charged.
Online Price Matching differs slightly, as some retailers neither offer a tactile experience, or the services that are obtainable in-store, such as ‘free adjustments’ if needed, fitting advice and professionally trained staff who ensure the product you purchase is fit for your use. We also offer exceptional after-sales service for all our customers, in-store and online, and Free Delivery on Online orders over £50. There are many other services available in our shops that are too numerous to mention, such as our ‘Free Gift Wrapping Service’.
Please note, you have 28 days from purchase to contact us with regards to ‘Price Matching’. Your statutory rights are not affected.
