Returns

Standard Returns: We curate a selection of high quality pieces that we believe you'll love. However, if you're not entirely satisfied, you can rest assured that you have 30 days to return your purchase.

International Delivery

For deliveries outside of the UK and Channel Islands, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or security delays, and that you may be liable for local taxes on delivery if your order exceeds the destination country's duty threshold. For orders outside of the UK, we will contact you before shipping the goods to confirm you are happy with this.

Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect at all our Coes stores in Ipswich, Felixstowe, King's Lynn, Maldon, and Golding store in Newmarket.

Please visit us in-store and speak to any available staff member who will help you with your collection. We will email you to confirm when your order will be ready for collection. Please ensure you have received the "Ready for Collection" email before making your trip to our store.

The collection time, from time of processed order, may, in certain circumstances, take up to five working days. If you need your items urgently, our postal delivery service may be a better option.

Terms of Service

Delivery time depends on location and time of order (weekend orders can take a little longer).

Please note that we are not responsible for any Customs or Security delays, and that you may be liable for local taxes on delivery if your order exceeds the destination country’s duty threshold.

Some of our suppliers restrict the countries where we can sell their products. This will be noted on the product page.

Returns Process & Policy

You can return goods bought from us online and in-store in an unused condition with original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

For refunds on in-store sale goods, you need to return these within three working days.

Online refunds will be credited within two weeks.

Products we will not accept as returns (unless faulty or not as described)

  • Products purchased over 30 days ago
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products that have been opened or unsealed (other than where necessary to inspect)
  • Products without original packaging or labels
  • Products or packaging in poor condition
  • Gift Cards
  • Clothing that has been altered to your requirements
  • Products that contain your personal data or have been manufacturer-registered
  • Where a product has been personalised for you, or made to your specific measurements
  • Perishable goods containing food/ drink products, or which have an expiry date
  • Pierced earrings
  • Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Tights (lingerie, not running tights)
  • Beauty products/ grooming and bodycare
