There is no minimum spend at all. There is never any pressure to buy anything, we're simply here to help.
Yes, Personal Shopping appointments are available between 7:30am and 6pm.
We'd always recommend booking in advance to guarantee your stylist's full attention, but do pop in and ask as we're more than happy to fit you in if we can.

You can book a 45, 90 or 120 minute appointment, depending on your requirements. This will give your stylist enough time to get to know your style, pull together some options, and let you try on everything in our private Personal Shopping lounge.
Absolutely! Whether it's a wedding, a big birthday or a black-tie event, tell us the occasion when you book and your stylist will curate options to suit.
Personal Shopping appointments are available at Coes Ipswich. Please get in touch if you'd like to check availability at one of our other stores.
Yes! The more your stylist knows beforehand, the better. Please do mention any favourite brands, pieces you've had your eye on, or any items to avoid, on your Style questionnaire.
You don't need to bring anything, but feel free to bring along any current wardrobe pieces, shoes or accessories you'd like your new pieces styled with.
Personal Shopping is currently an in-store experience only, so your stylist can get a proper feel for fit, fabric and colour with you in person.
Yes, alterations are available on items chosen during your appointment. Just ask your stylist on the day.
