The Flysafe compression flight socks are recommended for any long distance travelling and are suitable for all age ranges. They are full length and are clinically proven to help increase the blood flow to the heart. Use these socks as an aid in the prevention of DVT, when travelling on a plane, train or car. They are discreet and look like ordinary socks under jeans or trousers.
IMPORTANT: Before using compression socks, seek medical advice if you have previously suffered from venous or arterial disease, or if you have suffered from diabetes.

Wearing compression stockings during flights of four hours or more can significantly reduce your risk of DVT, as well as leg swelling (oedema).

- consider flight socks
- do anti-DVT exercises
- walk around whenever you can
