How well do you know your history? The Horrible Histories Board Game sends players racing through the ages, from the Awful Ancients and Measly Middle Ages to the Terrible Tudors, Vile Victorians and beyond, answering multiple-choice questions, acting out charades and dodging Rattus with his tricky Chance cards along the way.
The board is split into four colour-coded quadrants, each matched to its own question booklet. Players start at the centre and work their way from the Savage Stone Age and Rotten Romans through the Smashing Saxons, Terrifying Tudors and Gorgeous Georgians, all the way to the Terrible 20th Century. Three dice decide how far you move and which question you face — first to reach the present day wins.
Based on the award-winning series, it's ghastly fun for 2–4 players aged 8 and over.
