Jardinopia Cylindrical Roof Shaped Jute Bird Box

This Jardinopia bird box is handcrafted in India using two carefully considered materials: natural woven grass with natural water-repellent qualities, long used for ropes and basketwork — and reclaimed sari fabric gathered from factory offcuts, washed and woven in alongside it. The result is a bird box that's as responsible as it is characterful, with each one sitting on a strong metal frame built to stay outside in all weathers.

The entrance hole has been sized to suit small British garden birds such as tits and robins, while keeping larger birds and squirrels at bay. Because the sari cloth comes from reclaimed fabric, colours will vary between boxes — the shape and size remain consistent, but no two are quite alike. Dimensions: 29 cm (H) x 20 cm (W) x 18 cm (D).
