Perudo Tin

Let the battle of the dice commence. Perudo is a version of the classic Peruvian game of liar dice — part luck, part skill, and a firm favourite with celebrities and families alike. Played by two to six people aged 8 to 108, each player starts with five dice hidden under a cup, then takes turns calling how many of a certain number they think are on the table. Ones are wild and count as any value, so the bluffing runs deep.

The next player must raise the call, either in quantity or in value. Suspect a fib? Shout Dudo and expose the hand. Get it wrong and you lose a die; the last player with dice left wins.

With no board and no complicated rules, it's a brilliant after-dinner or travel game, tucked neatly into its tin.
